Seit wir im Geschäft Office 2016 installiert bekommen haben, gibt es bei uns einen komischen Effekt. Wenn wir aus Excel heraus eine Datei als pdf abspeichern, dann hat das pdf z.b. den Dateinamen test.pdf. Wenn man dieses pdf dann aber öffnet, sollte man meinen, dass in der Kopfzeile der Name steht, der sich aus dem Dateinamen ergibt.....also test.pdf. Tut es aber seit neuestem nicht mehr. Stattdessen stehen dort ganz andere von uns gar nicht eingegebene Namen und wir wissen nicht wo das herkommt.........und vor allem wie man das wieder so abändert, dass dort eben der Dateiname steht. Weiß jemand den Grund und wie man das wieder so hinbekommt ?

hallo, ich habe selbiges Problem. Und ja es steht in der Beschreibung der Datei ein anderer Name. Tritt dieser Fehler auch bei meinen Kunden auf wenn die die versendete PDF öffnen? Wie kann man dies abstellen?

Bei jedem Dokument? Besteht keine Möglichkeit, Acrobat einzustellen, so dass beim Speichern der normale (ursprüngliche) Dateiname genommen wird?

How did you create the PDF document?
You can remove the description from the Excel file before you create the PDF.

Ich erstelle mit Acrobat DC.
Ich will doch nur, dass bei der Erstellung dieser Datei "test.docx" auch "test.pdf" im Kopf der geöffneten Datei steht. kein Titel aus der Datei. Mehr nicht.

Die Information nimmt Adobe über den Titel und nicht über den Dateinamen. Da du nicht weißt welche Adobe-Einstellung Deine Kunden haben, könntest Du, wenn Du darfst, den Titel entfernen. ->>Wenn Du in Deiner Excel oder Word Datei unter "Eigenschaften" gehst und dann unter "Details", siehst du in der "Beschreibung" einen "Titel". Du kannst unten im Kästchen unter "Eigenschaften und persönliche Informationen entfernen" drücken. Da kommt ein neues Fenster, du klickst oben auf "folgende Eigenschaften aus dieser Datei entfernen" und dann klickst du auf "Titel" und dann auf ok. Somit kannst Du die Titel entfernen von deinen Dokumenten und Tabellen.
